Twins Rake in Millions While Drawing the Line at Incestuous Requests
Adult star twins rake in a staggering $3 million annually, fueled by relentless cosmetic enhancements to achieve an almost indistinguishable look. The Maddison twins, Amelia and April, have turned their identical appearance into a cash cow, capitalizing on the “twin fantasy” niche.

Despite their financial success, they maintain strict boundaries against fan requests that push into taboo territory. The 21-year-olds from Queensland, Australia, have made it clear: filming intimate scenes with each other is off the table. “We will get the occasional request for the ‘I word’ (incest), but obviously we’re not doing that,” April stated.
They emphasize their professional limits to subscribers. Odd requests from fans may arise, but the twins know that the closer they look to each other, the more money they can make. “If our subscribers can’t tell us apart, it just creates more of a surreal experience,” April explained.

Amelia added, “The more similar we look, the more money subscribers are willing to spend. Therefore, more money.” Their commitment to looking alike has led them to invest nearly $40,000 in cosmetic procedures, including multiple trips to plastic surgeons.
Even with one sister sporting a distinctive tattoo, they continue to enhance their appearances to become even harder to tell apart. Their recent appearance on Stan’s Turned On: Dirty Sexy Money showcased their extreme dedication to their craft and the reality of being adult content creators.

Quinn Everly, head of Blue Rose Talent agency, revealed that the twins are among her top clients, tapping into a clear “twin fetish” among subscribers. “The amount of commitment required for them to look identical is extreme,” she noted. “It’s not easy.”
Even minor adjustments—like hair length or makeup—can significantly impact their earnings. Amelia recounted how they refined their looks after signing with Blue Rose: “Quinn kind of workshopped our look a little bit. She kind of helped us match our hair colour, our lips were a little bit different sizes… she kind of just helped us match our looks more.”

April reinforced their approach: “We obviously want to be as down-to-earth and as real as we possibly can be, but if we can make more money looking more similar, then that’s what we’ll do.” They have no intention of relinquishing their top position in the industry.
“We’ll always be the top creators… We’re like in our own category,” April declared. Amelia echoed her sentiment: “Our only competition is ourselves.”
