Bethenny Frankel's Bikini Debut: New Boyfriend Reacts to Her Swimsuit Issue Shoot

Bethenny Frankel is turning heads and making waves.

The reality TV queen, 55, just made her sizzling debut in the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and she’s not holding back. This isn’t just another magazine spread; it’s a bold statement that has everyone talking.

At the magazine's launch party, Frankel revealed that her first call after seeing her stunning photos was to her new beau, Shane L. Campbell. “I texted my man and my best friends,” she shared, adding that she even showed the jaw-dropping pics to her 16-year-old daughter, Bryn Hoppy, in person.

What did they think? “Everyone really loved it. It’s nice. It’s special,” she gushed, clearly thrilled with the support.

Frankel went public with her romance with Campbell, an investment banker and former Princeton pro hockey player, just weeks after the news broke. “To be truthful, the journey is more exciting than the destination. Just doing it, doing it for moms,” she said, reflecting on her daring decision to pose for the iconic issue at her age.

“People walk up to me on the street like, ‘Thank you.’ I’m like, ‘You’re welcome.’ I didn’t think anything about my age until everyone made such a big deal about it after I walked [in the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show]. So I’m happy,” she added, embracing her newfound confidence.

Last year, Frankel faced backlash for her daring Miami catwalk look, but she stood firm, stating that her daughter was “proud.” Now, life in Florida is a bit more relaxed. “The good news about my daughter is, she’s not jaded about anything. She’s with me all the time; she’s seen me in a bathing suit. So I don’t make that big of a deal about these things with her,” Frankel explained. “It’s a lot about me, but it’s her time; she’s a teen and I like her to have the light in my house.”

So how has moving from NYC to the Sunshine State changed her? “I think I’m happier. I don’t think — I am happier,” she declared. “So I’m going out a little bit more, and I’m doing more, and I’m getting dressed up more. I was kind of rotting in my house for a couple of years. It was a challenging chapter of my life, so I’m sort of having a coming-out party.”

And as for having a new man by her side? “It doesn’t hurt,” she quipped, leaving us all wondering what’s next for this dynamic diva.
