Bravo Exec Drops Truth Bomb on ‘Summer House’ Season 11 Casting Chaos

Jun 07 2026

Bravo's VP of current production, Josh Brown, just declared that all the buzz about casting for 'Summer House' Season 11 is nothing but hot air. “Everything is premature. We’re still figuring out the cast,” he stated, cutting through the speculation like a knife.

Brown made it clear that no casting decisions are “officially” locked in until late June. The show typically kicks off filming in The Hamptons during the 4th of July weekend, but right now, it’s all talk and no action.

“We’re definitely talking about casting, and we’re obviously talking about next season a lot, but no final decisions have been made yet,” he added. The pressure is mounting as they inch closer to finalizing the lineup.

Fans are left in the dark about who will grace the screen next season, especially after Amanda Batula and West Wilson’s relationship revelation sent shockwaves through the cast.

The duo announced their romance via a joint Instagram statement in late March. Amanda was previously married to Kyle Cooke for four years before jumping into a relationship with West, who happens to be the ex of her best friend, Ciara Miller. The fallout from this love triangle has been explosive, especially with the season 10 reunion airing its final installment soon.

A source revealed that Ciara is still on the fence about returning to the show. “Ciara is thinking about coming back to the house,” the insider disclosed. “Likely for one last season to prove a point.”

However, doubts linger among the cast regarding Ciara’s comeback. They suspect she won’t confront Amanda and West if she does return to The Hamptons this summer.

Production insiders hinted that West might not even be invited back due to his dishonesty about dating other women. The reunion exposed that he was involved with Meija Moreno just before his scandalous affair with Amanda erupted.

“Producers are not happy that he’s been lying to everyone,” the source added, highlighting the tension within the cast. “Kyle, Ciara, the rest of the cast have been vulnerable, at least about who they were dating.”

The emotional finale of season 10 hinted at significant changes ahead. Brown commented on this during his interview, noting how surprised some original cast members were by the intensity of emotions displayed.

“Kyle and Amanda were at a place in their marriage they’d never been at before that I think was scary to each of them,” he said. “They didn’t know what was going to happen in real life to their marriage.”

Kyle, Amanda, and Lindsay Hubbard are also preparing to film 'In the City,' introducing a new dynamic into their lives.

“Nothing about that said that was the end of their time on Summer House,” Brown clarified. “But they knew, ‘We’re in unknown territory now.’”

Part 3 of the Summer House season 10 reunion airs on Bravo Tuesday, June 9, at 8 p.m. ET.
