Brooks Nader's wardrobe malfunction in the ocean at Miami Swim Week sent shockwaves through the event.

The “Baywatch” star was caught in a red off-the-shoulder minidress, splashing around with Stassi Shroeder, Molly Sims, and others at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Beach Club at W South Beach on Friday.

As she rode a friend's shoulders in the water, the dress lost a strap, causing the top to fall down.

Photos captured her struggling to keep the dress up over her chest after the mishap.

In other images, Nader sported sunglasses and beachy open-toed heels while posing at the surf-side event.

Brooks, aged 29, was not alone; she was joined by her sisters Mary Holland, 26, Grace Ann, 25, and Sarah Jane, 22, who were filming their reality series “Love Thy Nader.”

At one point, Brooks took a tumble, her soaked red dress now covered in sand.

The event attracted numerous celebrities, including Kristin Cavallari and Meghan Thee Stallion, who strutted down the runway in revealing swimwear.

This wardrobe malfunction isn't Brooks' first fashion disaster. Earlier this month at the 2026 Fox Upfronts event, she narrowly avoided another incident in a different red dress.

She revealed to People that the skin-tight red frock broke in the car just minutes before her arrival, stating, “I’m sewn in and the zipper isn’t a thing.”

In October, she experienced another mishap when her left breast popped out of her plunging white blouse at a Vogue party with Sarah Jane.

Last August, during a yacht trip in Italy, she humorously addressed yet another wardrobe malfunction by adding star emojis over her nipples when her plunging white dress slipped down.

Brooks previously garnered praise for how she handled a wardrobe malfunction at Wimbledon last July. She unexpectedly started her period and normalized it by showcasing a stain on her white skirt via social media.

“Tries to be chic,” she captioned an exceptionally candid TikTok video, “starts 🩸 at Wimbledon.”

The clip showed Brooks modeling the white skirt with a polka-dot top before turning to reveal the red stain as surprised onlookers reacted. “Of course 🎾 #wimbledon,” she added.

“You’re so real for this,” one social media user remarked. Another added, “Thank you for normalizing what we go through.”
