Brittany Cartwright Betrayed: Publicist Lori Krebs Caught in Scandalous Affair with Jax Taylor

Brittany Cartwright feels blindsided and hurt by her publicist Lori Krebs’ newly exposed romance with Jax Taylor, her estranged husband.

A source revealed that Cartwright feels more betrayed by Lori than by Jax, as she had low expectations of him. She discovered the affair just before TMZ released photos of the couple at a resort in Mexico.

Two years ago, when rumors about Jax and Lori first emerged, Brittany chose to trust Lori, believing there was nothing going on. She continued to work with her, only to be repaid with betrayal.

Cartwright filed for divorce from Taylor in August 2024 after announcing their split in February. In her divorce petition, she stated they had been separated since January 2024.

In September 2024, romance speculation ignited when Taylor and Krebs shared selfies on Instagram, showing them leaning in closely and kissing on the cheek.

Rumors escalated with a blind item alleging they hooked up in a bar bathroom in Canada during a work trip.

Cartwright, who has a 5-year-old son named Cruz with Taylor, dismissed the rumors on their former podcast, laughing off the “ridiculous” speculation.

She previously described Krebs as a “very, very good friend,” an “amazing publicist,” and a “super hard worker.”

Despite her dismissal, the rumors persisted, prompting Taylor to deny any claims again in April 2024.

“Oh, that? Not again,” he told “Entertainment Tonight.” He labeled the rumors as hearsay and expressed disappointment over the situation.

Even after their breakup, which remains unfinalized, Krebs continued to represent both parties. It’s uncertain if that arrangement has changed following the latest revelations.

A source emphasized that Cartwright will not continue working with Krebs after this scandal.

“Lori has always inserted herself into moments that should be about her clients—like photo ops and red carpets—but this time, she inserted herself into her clients’ divorce and crossed a line she cannot come back from,” the source stated.

Krebs has since deactivated her Instagram account.

Allegations of infidelity have haunted Taylor and Cartwright throughout their three-year relationship and nearly five-year marriage since they appeared on “Vanderpump Rules.”

However, Taylor has only admitted to one instance of cheating during their time together, celebrating a year and a half of sobriety this past April.
