Druski sparked outrage once more at the BET Awards with a White Face skit that has critics fuming.
The comedian resurrected a white-presenting character, reigniting backlash from previous performances that many claimed mirrored Erika Kirk, who made her debut at the event.
Stars from music, film, and entertainment packed the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles for the prestigious ceremony on June 28. This year marked Druski's first time hosting the star-studded event.
In a related note, Grammy-winning rapper Doechii recently slammed ICE deportations with a bold six-word statement following the 2025 BET Awards.
Druski seemed to acknowledge his past controversies during the show, sharing a clip from a cypher performance with the caption, "I SAID IT BUT I WHISPERED IT," hinting at his use of the n-word while in character as a white persona.

Kirk addressed the uproar on an April 29 episode of The Charlie Kirk Show, named after her late husband, right-wing activist Charlie Kirk, who was killed last September. She stated, "I have comedians dressing up in whiteface. I have people saying I’m not fit to be CEO. And I have Candace Owens claiming I murdered my husband. And the list goes on and on and on."
BET confirmed in April that Druski would host the 2026 ceremony, making him the youngest host in the show's history, a title previously held by Kevin Hart.
"I’m still bringing my brand of comedy to the stage, so expect a little chaos, a lot of laughs, and some of your favorite Druski characters to pop out along the way," Druski stated in his hosting announcement.
Social media erupted with mixed reactions following the Cypher sketch.
One user quipped, "If Druski come out at the end as the white conservative woman and have all the sparklers, idk if I’m going to die of laughter or be annoyed."
Another chimed in, "This BET Cypher Druski as a white Man rapping. LOL."

Druski appeared in the skit as a character named "Whiteboii Redd."
Comments flooded in, with one user asking, "How druski is moving since that Erica kirk s--t," while another exclaimed, "A WHITE RAPPER DRUSKI PLS."
This year's event featured an impressive lineup of live performances, with Cardi B leading the nominations at six. Kendrick Lamar and Mariah the Scientist followed closely behind with five nominations each.
Fans anticipated several special tributes throughout the evening.
Lauryn Hill received the inaugural Living Legend Icon Award for her enduring impact on music and culture, while Teyana Taylor was honored with the Icon of the Year Award.
The show also introduced new categories celebrating fashion and emerging cultural impact.
