Jesse Watters' Disturbing Testosterone 'Rape' Joke Ignites Fury
Jesse Watters, the Fox News host, sparked outrage with a grotesque joke implying that American troops could turn into "wild animals" around women if given testosterone injections.
During a segment discussing testosterone treatment for service members suffering from low hormone levels, Watters laughed as he suggested that increased testosterone would lead to men acting like "wild animals." This comment came after he faced criticism for a previous "immoral" remark regarding vasectomies.

Watters stated, "He says you lose your endurance, muscle mass. So yeah, I want these guys on it, but you know what’s going to happen?" He insinuated that even those who don’t need the treatment would seek it out, saying, "The guys that don’t need it are going to take it. It’s a triple boost, right?"
He then issued a chilling warning to women on military bases and in countries where US troops are stationed, saying, "And then they’re going to get out there and women on base, you guys better be careful." He added, "Port calls, women in Asia, you better be careful because these guys are going to be wild animals, and you better watch out," suggesting that military personnel could become sexual predators due to testosterone injections.
Watters chuckled as he made these statements, which many interpreted as a joke about potential rape or sexual assault by American service members. The clip quickly spread across social media, where users condemned his remarks. Journalist Marty Golingan criticized him on X, stating, "So he’s really going to laugh about possible rape in the military and overseas by servicemen."

Another user expressed disgust, saying, "There is no bottom for this s--t stain," while a third added, "What an A-hole. He thinks it’s hilarious that American soldiers are going to assault women if given testosterone injections."
The American Devolution account reacted sharply, writing, "Yeah that’s really funny. We are going to inject steroids into our troops, and they are going to be RAPEY to women everywhere...."

Watters’ warning about testosterone-charged troops carried a deeply troubling undertone, according to viewers. Critics questioned why he focused on the threat to women instead of addressing the medical risks associated with administering testosterone to those who may not need it.
The backlash intensified given the long-standing issue of sexual assault within the US military. Detractors argued that such serious matters should never be treated as a punchline, especially by one of Fox News' most prominent hosts.
“He says you lose your endurance, muscle mass,” Watters said during the viral segment.
