Kai Trump Flexes Six-Pack and Rips Media in Fiery Vlog

Kai Trump unleashed a fiery rant about the media while showcasing her six-pack abs in a recent vlog, where she documented her first awards show experience.

The 19-year-old granddaughter of President Donald Trump shared her journey to the ESPYs with 1.51 million YouTube subscribers, revealing behind-the-scenes moments and her red carpet debut.

“Come with me to my very first ESPYS and red carpet! From behind-the-scenes moments to walking the carpet and experiencing the event, I’m bringing you along for it all,” she stated, racking up 95,900 views on the video.

In one segment, Kai appeared in a white bathrobe, hair clipped back, as her makeup artist prepared her for the event. She looked back at old photos and declared, “No, for sure I’m glowing up.”

She then boasted about her abs, referencing an article that praised her physique. “There was an article yesterday that came out that said, ‘Kai Trump has shredded abs.’ That’s the only article I’ve ever approved of,” she said, giving a nod to USA Magazine.

Kai detailed her rigorous workout routine, stating, “If you guys haven’t realized, I’ve been in the gym like, I squatted 205 pounds eight times. I weigh 119 pounds. 205 pounds is a lot more than me.”

She continued, “I’ve been in the gym. I’ve been working a lot. I’ve been running a lot. I’m just trying to make the best version of myself. And yes, that comes with a shredded six-pack now.”

While her mother, Vanessa Trump, battles cancer, Kai shifted focus to her disdain for negative press. “That’s the only article that I’ve ever seen that is 100% correct,” she claimed.

“All these other articles I’ve seen, I don’t even know where they’re getting this information from because it’s not even like half the truth,” she blasted. “And they’re like close source. Who’s this close source? I’m like, I don’t even know, close source, my butt. Like, who’s this?”

Later in the video, Kai made a striking entrance at the 2026 ESPY Awards held at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center in New York City on July 15.

The aspiring University of Miami collegiate golfer commanded attention on the red carpet in a custom gold gown by Alice + Olivia, featuring crystal-trimmed spaghetti straps, a plunging sweetheart neckline, and a dramatic thigh-high slit.

She completed her look with strappy silver metallic stiletto sandals and matching diamond jewelry.
