Mandy Moore Unleashes Raw Truth About Postpartum Body After Three Kids in Four Years

Mandy Moore lays bare the unfiltered truth of her postpartum body after three kids in less than four years, declaring, “loose skin and all.”

In a bold Instagram Story video, she revealed her stomach, stating, “After 3 kids in 3.5 years, this is what my body is.”

The actress, aged 42, pulled down her shorts to expose her skin in the social media upload.

Moore shared clips of herself working out, admitting she feels “super awkward” and is “not a natural athlete.”

She emphasized her commitment to getting stronger for the long haul.

Later that day, during a car ride, her children pointed out that she is older than their father, Taylor Goldsmith.

She recounted, “On our way to camp this morning, Gus asked me if I was going to die before dad because I’m older than him. BURN. I told him I’m only a year older… geez.”

Moore married Goldsmith in November 2018, and they began expanding their family three years later.

Their son August, nicknamed Gus, was born in February 2021. Oscar, known as Ozzie, followed in October 2022.

The couple welcomed their daughter Louise “Lou,” now one year old, in September 2024.

In January, Moore expressed her feelings about family expansion in an emotional statement, confirming she was done having babies.

“I am endlessly grateful for my beautiful family AND there’s a certain sadness knowing I’m done having babies and won’t be pregnant again,” she wrote on Instagram.

Reflecting on motherhood in a Mother’s Day post in May, she described the experience as both “nothing and also plenty of what I thought it would be.”
