Gavin Newsom unleashed a barrage of concern for Donald Trump’s mental fitness, sharing a bizarre clip from a Pennsylvania rally that left many questioning the president's health. He bluntly asked if the president's doctors had viewed the footage.
During the rally at Mack Trucks in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, Trump mocked transgender women in sports, performing his infamous impression of a transgender weightlifter. The 80-year-old president delivered the act with heavy breathing and exaggerated grunts, raising eyebrows among viewers.
Newsom posted the clip on X, asking, “Has anyone at Walter Reed seen this?” This reference pointed to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where Trump has undergone multiple health evaluations since resuming office.

Audience reactions were swift and harsh. One viewer declared, “He is not well. He belongs in a psych ward.” Another chimed in, “He is spiraling down right in front of our eyes.” A third added, “The Dementia Toad needs new writers,” criticizing Trump’s repetitive storytelling.
Earlier in the event, Trump revealed that Melania had urged him to stop repeating the impression, also expressing her disapproval of his dancing. “I have a very elegant wife and she says ‘Darling, please please don’t dance. It’s not presidential,’” Trump recounted to the crowd.
Continuing his anecdote, Trump claimed Melania objected to his weightlifter impression as well. “And she said ‘Please, please, the men in women’s sports, please don’t do the weightlifting thing and don’t do the swimming thing,’ you know the weightlifter where he goes up?”

Trump’s latest visit to Walter Reed occurred last month, marking his fourth publicly disclosed medical evaluation since returning to office. During this checkup, he was evaluated by 22 medical specialists, nearly doubling the number from previous exams and setting a new presidential record.
This figure surpasses former President George W. Bush’s record by 10 specialists. The team included physicians from prestigious institutions like Harvard and Duke, alongside general practitioners.
Jonathan Reiner, a cardiologist for former Vice President Dick Cheney, remarked on the extraordinary number of specialists involved. Despite rampant speculation about Trump’s health, the White House insists that the expanded medical team reflects best practices for executive care.
Following the examination, Dr. Sean Barbabella, Trump’s physician, asserted that the president “remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function.”
