Shaquille O'Neal Refutes Claims of Sending 'Horny' Messages to Sabrina Carpenter

“I’ve got way more game than that,” Shaquille O’Neal asserted, dismissing allegations of sending suggestive messages to pop star Sabrina Carpenter.

In a recent episode of “The Big Podcast,” O’Neal, alongside guest Jim Jones, tackled the complexities of social media while addressing a post that claimed he had made advances toward Carpenter. The former NBA star read an alleged direct message that sparked the controversy.

“Tell me if this is me or not,” O’Neal began, reading the purported message: “Damn, baby. I would keep your farts in a cologne bottle and spray it on me every day.” The audience was left in disbelief as he continued with, “Just jokes. I’m Shaq. What’s your name, baby?”

Carpenter, 26, reportedly responded, “I know who you are. You’re way too famous to be sending me messages like that.”

O’Neal, 54, then recounted his supposed reply: “I can’t be horny and want some of that snow bunny kitty for myself. You’re being rude for no reason.” The message escalated with, “You can’t handle big Diesel anyway. My meat would have you in the hospital. Can we find out?”

Questioning the authenticity of the message, O’Neal asked Jones if it was real or just “cap.” Jones remarked on the unpredictable nature of social media, noting that “a computer could do anything.”

Reassuring listeners, O’Neal emphasized his confidence in his dating prowess, stating he possesses “way more game than that.”

O’Neal’s personal life has been relatively private since his marriage to Shaunie Henderson from 2002 to 2011, with whom he shares four children: sons Shareef and Shaqir, and daughters Amirah and Me’arah. He also has a stepson, Myles, from Henderson’s previous relationship, and a daughter, Taahirah, with ex Arnetta Yardbourgh.

Despite keeping his romantic endeavors largely under wraps, dating rumors surfaced in September 2025 when OnlyFans star Sophie Rain shared photos from her 21st birthday celebration in Las Vegas, where O’Neal was DJing. He quickly quashed speculation about their relationship, clarifying that they were merely friends and he does not date someone that young.
