Sydney Sweeney Strips Down in Racy Lingerie as Euphoria Boss Defends Controversial Storyline

Sydney Sweeney, the 28-year-old actress, is turning heads with a provocative Instagram video that showcases her curves in a plunging pajama set from her lingerie brand, Syrn.

In the steamy upload, she models the Lowdown Cami priced at $39 and Confidential Hipster underwear for $19, both in bourbon color, while seductively rolling around in bed. The Euphoria star, known for her role as Cassie Jacobs, knows how to grab attention.

Her blond locks cascade in light waves, complemented by peach-toned makeup that enhances her sultry look. This comes on the heels of Sam Levinson addressing the explicit storyline involving her character on Euphoria.

In the video captioned “Date Night with Syd,” she flaunts her natural beauty with dewy makeup, fluffy lashes, and blushed cheeks. She playfully pouts and smiles, fully embracing the spotlight.

Sydney launched her lingerie line in January, backed by Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos. She stated, “I wanted to create a place where women can move between all the different versions of who we are.”

Her brand embodies four moods: Comfy, Playful, Romantic, and Seductress. Sydney has taken an active role in promoting her products, including a sheer lace collection called “Somewhere Only We Know,” released in February.

In a recent sexy photo shoot, she wore the Forget Me Not Unlined Balconette Bra for $52 and the Sweetest Lil’ Thing Mid Rise Thong for $19 while watering plants. She also donned the Spellbound Lace Tee priced at $54 while riding a red lawn mower.

While filming the third season of Euphoria, Sydney showcased her own lingerie sets. In the premiere episode, she dazzled in a Date Night Satin Corset costing $269 while dressed as a dog, referring to it as her “date night go-to.”

Sam Levinson recently spoke out about Sydney's storyline during an appearance on Real Time With Bill Maher. He defended the narrative, stating it was inspired by the rise of OnlyFans in modern culture.

He remarked, “If you look at OnlyFans, it is making as much money as Hollywood. I mean, essentially, it’s on par. It’s not a niche business; it is a massive enterprise.”

Levinson explained that young people are increasingly drawn to alternative income sources, saying, “I don’t want to work in a nine-to-five... Well, maybe I can just start taking photos of myself?”

He introduced the controversial platform into Euphoria to explore its long-term consequences. He elaborated on the pressures faced by young people today: “What happens when... you’re told that you’re the product, you’re the brand?”

Sam acknowledged that he and the Euphoria cast faced significant criticism for the explicit storyline involving Sydney’s character.

“I just thought chasing that desire, that kind of fast cash, was an interesting thing to kind of explore,” he concluded.
