Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have officially closed the chapter on their tumultuous romance by selling their shared LA love nest, three years after their explosive breakup.

Sources reveal that the couple managed to unload their Valley Village farmhouse for a cool $3.1 million last Friday, according to insider reports. This sale comes hot on the heels of their very public split, which was marred by scandal when Sandoval's affair with co-star Raquel Leviss came to light.

Previously, an exclusive peek into the couple's former digs showcased a lavish lifestyle, complete with a contemporary kitchen flaunting pristine white marble countertops, chic light wood flooring, and a spacious living room that opens up to a picturesque backyard. The ritzy light fixtures only add to the opulence.

The primary bedroom was designed for luxury, boasting enough space for a king-sized bed, additional seating, and a sizable dresser. The decor included mirrors, stylish wood ottomans, low-sitting side tables, and a striking green velour bedframe that screamed sophistication.

Madix and Sandoval initially snagged this sprawling estate in 2019 for $2 million, just five years into their relationship. But the decision to sell came after their nine-year romance crumbled in 2023, following the revelation of Sandoval's betrayal.

In a twist of fate, Sandoval had tried to keep Madix from selling the property. In January 2024, he appeared on the “Viall Files” podcast, claiming he made her an all-cash offer of $3.1 million to buy her out. But Madix wasn’t having it; she took him to court instead, demanding the sale of the house to split the profits.

During a February 2024 episode of “Vanderpump Rules,” Madix expressed her disdain for selling to Sandoval, stating he “broke the home.” “He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it,” she confessed in a candid moment.
Sandoval didn’t take her comments lying down, firing back that Madix hadn’t paid the bills on their home for months. The drama continues as these two navigate their post-split lives while cashing in on their past together.
