Trump Boasts ‘Extreme Intelligence’ After Alleged Flawless Cognitive Test Amid Mental Acuity Scrutiny

President Donald Trump declared he aced his cognitive test, claiming he answered every question correctly, despite persistent doubts about his mental sharpness.

“Unlike other U.S. Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30, considered ‘extreme intelligence,’” Trump asserted in a Truth Social post.

In characteristic fashion, he lashed out at Democrats.

“Are the Dumocrats really surprised? In fact, this is my fourth such test, all PERFECT or, 120 correct answers out of 120 questions asked! It is very rare that anyone gets a Perfect Score, especially when achieved four times in a row. All people running for President and Vice President should be forced to take high difficulty Cognitive Tests. Congress, and the Dumocrats, should demand it!”

Trump underwent his latest cognitive assessment on May 26 during his annual medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) he took is designed to detect signs of cognitive decline and dementia.

Despite Trump’s claims of “extreme intelligence,” experts have pointed out that the MoCA does not measure IQ.

This visit marked Trump’s third medical appointment at Walter Reed in just over a year, according to reports.

On Friday, the White House released a memo summarizing the results of Trump’s medical examination, stating that his “cognitive function” was evaluated with the MoCA and deemed “within normal limits” with a perfect score.

However, CNN medical analyst Dr. Jonathan Reiner challenged Trump’s assertions on Friday, explaining to CNN’s Abby Phillip that the test loses its effectiveness when taken repeatedly due to the limited variability in questions.

“Once you’ve taken it now four times, it’s probably not that difficult to pretty easily get through it. It shouldn’t be hard to get through it anyway, because it’s a dementia screening test, it’s not an IQ test,” he stated.

Reiner also raised concerns in a Saturday X post about why the president was subjected to another exam so soon after three previous assessments.
