Trump Calls Military 'Scum' While Igniting WW3 Fears
Donald Trump unleashed a shocking tirade, branding a foreign military "a bunch of scum" during a live meeting, igniting outrage among viewers.
During a NATO Summit in Ankara, Turkey, Trump met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte to discuss military burden-sharing, the war with Iran, and the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict. Tensions ran high as leaders sought to reinforce their commitment to Ukraine amidst Trump's skepticism about alliance spending.

On July 7, Trump stirred controversy by asserting that the United States should dominate Greenland. The following day, he escalated tensions further by labeling a foreign military "a bunch of scum" while discussing military actions against Iran.
As the meeting aired live, Trump claimed the U.S. had struck Iran "very powerfully" the night before, describing Iranians as "dangerous" and "sick." He stated, "There's something wrong with them," and boasted about the U.S. military's strength, claiming they hit Iran "20 times tougher." He warned, "Every time you hit, we hit," while dismissing Iranian tactics as dirty.

Trump continued his tirade, declaring he had been "number one" on the Iranian's target list for years and reiterated his disdain by calling them "scum." He insisted on the necessity of denuclearizing Iran, labeling them as "crazy" and "evil people."
In a blatant exaggeration, Trump claimed Iranians had killed "thousands and thousands" of U.S. soldiers, despite the actual figure being just over 600 from direct or indirect attacks.

In an unusual moment, Trump felt compelled to explain what a roadside bomb is, stating, "The roadside bomb is a bomb that goes off when you’re driving your little vehicle around, and it goes off, and you have no legs, no arms, and no face."
Following the broadcast, viewers expressed their outrage on social media. One user labeled Trump a "lunatic," criticizing his drastic shift from praising Iran to denouncing them as scum. Another user questioned Trump's fitness for leadership, calling him "unhinged" and the "biggest threat to WW3."
A third critic expressed concern over Trump's mental state, suggesting his comments reflected "the incoherent ramblings of dementia." A fourth user vented frustration over Trump's influence, pleading for him to "just go away already!!" citing exhaustion from wars and constant lies.
