Trump's Bruised Hands and Makeup: Terminal Illness Rumors Ignite
Trump's hands are bruised, and he’s covering them with makeup. This comes as a Democratic Congressman from California suggests the president might be hiding a "terminal illness" after he abruptly canceled a significant housing bill signing.
During a press conference in the Oval Office, Trump was seen with two visibly bruised hands. Independent reporter Aaron Rupar highlighted that both hands were in poor condition, not just the typically discolored right one.
Critics are questioning Trump's integrity, with one remarking, "He's such a fraud that he rather cover up his hands with makeup than tell people what’s really going on." The skepticism is palpable.

The cancellation of the signing ceremony for the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act raised eyebrows. This legislation aimed to reduce housing costs and increase availability, having received bipartisan approval from both the House and Senate.
On Truth Social, Trump announced, "Today's Housing News Conference and Signing is hereby cancelled until such time as we pass the desperately needed SAVE AMERICA ACT, which I consider to be a National Emergency." His focus seems to have shifted dramatically.
Representative Ted Lieu speculated that a "terminal illness" could explain Trump's sudden withdrawal from the event. He pointed out rising inflation and housing prices, emphasizing the urgency of the legislation that Trump chose not to sign.

"Inflation is up; grocery prices are up; utility costs are up; housing prices are up," Lieu stated. He questioned Trump's decision-making, asking if the president was unable to stay awake or if there were other reasons behind his absence.
Lieu expressed concern over Trump's erratic behavior, noting difficulties in staying alert during important events and visible swelling in his hands. He demanded transparency from the White House regarding Trump's health.
Amidst these health concerns, Lieu referenced reports about a special drug that could only be administered under compassionate use provisions, typically reserved for terminally ill patients. He pressed for clarity on whether Trump had received this medication.

Lieu's comments were fueled by speculation that Trump might have obtained the retatrutide weight loss drug through the FDA's compassionate use program. This drug is not yet approved for public use and remains classified as investigational.
In response to Lieu's allegations, White House communications director Steven Cheung launched a scathing attack on social media, dismissing the claims as absurd. He labeled Lieu as "a dumbass" for suggesting Trump could be on such medication.
Cheung's remarks came after White House senior deputy press secretary Kush Desai clarified that the application for the drug was not for the President, attempting to quell the swirling rumors.
The controversy surrounding Trump's health and his decision-making continues to escalate, leaving many questions unanswered.
