Trump's Speech Sparks Alarm as Viewers Spot Disturbing 'Glitches' and Slurred Speech

Jul 18 2026

Donald Trump, in a live address, showcased alarming signs of potential health issues while rambling about alleged election fraud.

The president, 80, spoke from the White House on July 16, claiming his administration would release newly declassified documents to highlight vulnerabilities in American election systems, specifically targeting China. Despite his claims, none of the documents presented evidence that any election results were changed due to interference or fraud.

Viewers of MS NOW reacted with concern as Trump displayed slurred speech during his primetime address, raising red flags about his health.

He reiterated false assertions that thousands of undocumented immigrants had voted in U.S. elections. The conservative Heritage Foundation recorded fewer than 100 instances of non-citizen voting from 2002 to 2022.

Trump accused China of trying to meddle in U.S. elections, asserting he had "information showing that China engaged in other election-related activities to undermine my first administration in our 2020 campaign."

As he continued, Trump stumbled over his words, stating, "They did not, no, not want, and they just didn’t want it. They fought like hell not to have a Donald Trump to win."

His remarks aired live on MS NOW, with segments shared on X. Viewers expressed deep concern for the president's well-being, with many suggesting he might be experiencing health problems.

"What was that?" one viewer questioned, adding, "Dude's brain is fried." Another noted, "He glitches, flubs his lines and he ALWAYS ad libs something to draw attention from his mistake. You watch in future for the ad lib."

A third viewer remarked, "When my grandpa's dementia was at this point, we wouldn’t let him hold the television remote, much less the launch codes. 25th time," while another worried, "Even he doesn’t know."

One critic slammed Trump, stating, "Donald is a broken man. Failed marriages. Failed businesses. His sons are using him. I hope America learns from this." Another added, "I’m trying to avoid word salads for obvious reasons."

During his speech, Trump targeted NBC and ABC after they opted not to broadcast it live. He ranted about their decision, claiming, "In a rare move, NBC and ABC fake news have both said that they would not cover this speech."

He continued, "[ABC and NBC] knew what it was about. Because of the fact they don’t like the topic. Because they know how corrupt our system is, and they don’t want to reveal it. They and others in the media are a part of a plot."

Trump alleged that the "fraud" perpetuated by ABC and NBC warranted a "revocation" of their "licenses."

This incident adds to the mounting health concerns surrounding the president, especially following a recent photo that observers claim indicates 'something wrong' with him.
