Hannah Released from Hospital: 90 Day Fiancé Stars Celebrate Amid Health Crisis
Armando Niedermeier-Rubio and Kenny Niedermeier celebrate a major milestone: their daughter Hannah is out of the hospital after a terrifying health crisis.
“My heart is so full to let you guys know that Hannah has been released from the hospital,” Armando announced in a video shared on Instagram. “Which is the best news we could have right now.”
Kenny chimed in, expressing their joy at finally being able to go home together, stating that Hannah, 13, is “happy to be leaving the hospital.”
Hannah was airlifted to an Arizona hospital from Mexico after suffering a loss of strength on one side of her body and facial drooping. Medical professionals diagnosed her with a blood bleed in her brain.
Doctors advised that Hannah would recover best “in a home setting,” according to Kenny. He detailed that she will be under close supervision for the next month while remaining in the Phoenix area.
“She has to do a lot of scans, she’s on anti-seizure medication among other things to keep this in check and make sure nothing is going wrong. But right now, they have everything under control,” he explained.

Despite their relief, uncertainty looms over Hannah’s health as doctors have yet to provide a clear diagnosis for her condition.
“Unfortunately there’s not a diagnosis. And that is a little unsettling. Just not knowing what the future can hold [or] not knowing what it is and if it could happen again. It’s scary,” Armando admitted. “But we take what we can, and Hannah is better. She’s getting better every day.”
The couple revealed that Hannah has also been facing vision issues, including episodes of blindness. However, doctors indicated that her vision might improve as the blood and pressure affecting her brain decrease.
Hannah is also dealing with some facial drooping and “minor weakness.” Once she recovers, she will need rehabilitation to regain strength in her facial muscles.
“We are obviously praying and for you guys to continue those prayers for her to continue healing to be 100 percent herself again and just be healthier than she was before,” Armando stated.
Armando and Kenny met during season 2 of the show, which aired in 2019, and tied the knot in 2021. Armando has a daughter from his late wife, while Kenny has four grown children from a previous relationship.
Before reuniting with Hannah, Armando faced visa issues that prevented him from entering the United States. After consulting with an immigration attorney, he received a visa and traveled to the U.S. on July 17, where he was able to reunite with Hannah at her bedside.
