Kim Scott, the ex-wife of Eminem, collapsed at her Michigan residence over the weekend, leading to an emergency hospitalization.
The 51-year-old experienced a “hemorrhage” or “laceration,” resulting in heavy and uncontrolled bleeding around 8 p.m. local time on Saturday, according to a Chesterfield Fire/EMS report.
Paramedics transported Scott from her home on a gurney, with footage showing her appearing unconscious during the ordeal.
She was taken to McLaren Macomb Hospital, where her current health status remains unclear.
This incident follows a series of legal issues for Scott, particularly stemming from her DUI arrest on May 14 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.
During that arrest, an officer reported that she had collided with a parked vehicle, although no injuries were noted.
Scott allegedly exhibited signs of intoxication, blowing a staggering .204% blood alcohol content level—nearly three times the legal limit of 0.08%.
The police report indicated that she reeked of alcohol and confessed to drinking a few hours before the incident.
Despite the circumstances, Scott cooperated with law enforcement during her arrest.
She was briefly booked at Macomb County Jail, where her mugshot revealed a strikingly different appearance with a pixie haircut.
A warrant for her arrest was issued in June after she failed to attend a DUI court hearing; however, reports indicate that the warrants were later dismissed.
Scott was married to Eminem—born Marshall Mathers—from 1999 to 2001, with a brief remarriage in 2006 that ended when the rapper filed for divorce.
The couple shares three children: Hailie Jade, Alaina, and Stevie.
Additionally, Scott has a son named Parker, born after her separation from the rapper.
