Kash Patel's Country Music Girlfriend Speaks Out on Him Chugging Beer with USA Hockey Team While FBI Provided Security at the Olympics
Amid swirling controversy, Alexis Wilkins, girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel, has stepped into the fray, asserting that her partner was in Italy for legitimate security duties during the Winter Olympics. “The Bureau has long been responsible for Olympic security, and that’s exactly what was happening,” she stated on her Rumble show “Between the Headlines” Wednesday.
Wilkins, an aspiring country music artist, addressed the uproar surrounding Patel’s trip only briefly, emphasizing that media narratives have misrepresented the situation. “I think people run things in the media to incite outrage; I’ve never seen so many conservatives fall victim to the fake news,” she remarked, hinting at a broader issue of misinformation.

Patel’s critics have pointed to his post-game celebrations with the U.S. men’s hockey team as evidence of misconduct. Following their victory over Canada, he reportedly joined the team in their locker room. In defense, Patel claimed he was “invited” to celebrate and later facilitated a conversation between the team and President Trump, who extended an invitation to the State of the Union address.
FBI spokesperson Ben Williamson has also weighed in, countering claims that Patel’s trip was purely personal. “Director Patel had highly productive meetings in Italy focused on strengthening joint counterterrorism coordination and Olympic security planning,” Williamson asserted, framing the trip as a necessary part of his role.
However, an internal schedule obtained by a major news outlet revealed that Patel had significant downtime between official meetings, which included private meals and cultural activities. This has raised eyebrows regarding the nature of his trip.

Williamson condemned the leak of Patel’s schedule as a “criminal act that jeopardizes security,” indicating the seriousness with which the Bureau views such disclosures.
Since taking office, Patel has faced scrutiny over alleged misuse of FBI resources, including accusations of using Bureau jets for personal travel. He has defended these actions by stating that as FBI director, he is required to use the jet for both personal and official travel, with reimbursement expected for personal trips.
Additionally, whistleblowers within the Bureau have voiced concerns about Patel’s management style, suggesting he prioritizes his public image and political connections over effective leadership. The FBI and Patel have firmly rejected these allegations.
