Maura Higgins Set to Become the Next Victoria's Secret Angel After Stunning Runway Performance
Maura Higgins turned heads and raised eyebrows at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Show during Miami Swim Week, sparking rampant speculation about her potential as the next Victoria’s Secret Angel.
The Irish internet sensation strutted her stuff on the catwalk, showcasing her modeling chops alongside other familiar faces. The Longford native, known for her strong accent and even stronger social media following, made waves this past weekend.
At 35 years old, Higgins flaunted her toned physique in a minuscule pink bikini, accentuated by a blue sarong that clung to her waist. She didn’t stop there; she returned to the runway in a dazzling golden two-piece swimsuit paired with a fringed skirt.
Both looks garnered significant online attention, with viewers questioning, “who is this???” as they were introduced to her striking presence.

“I predict Victoria’s Secret runway soon for this girl,” one commenter declared, while another insisted, “Surely Victoria’s Secret MUST make you one of their angels.”
“A supermodel for sure @maurahiggins you are absolutely stunning, doing Ireland proud,” another fan chimed in, echoing the excitement surrounding her performance.
Earlier this year, Higgins made a name for herself as a standout contestant on Season 4 of The Traitors U.S., finishing as runner-up and quickly becoming a household name in America, despite her previous fame in U.K. and Irish television.
She recently secured her spot as the first celebrity announced for the upcoming season of ABC's Dancing With The Stars, further solidifying her status in the entertainment industry.

Higgins’ fiery personality has propelled her to internet stardom over recent years. Her thick Irish accent, often dropping the “th” in words, has charmed American audiences.
The iconic Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is set for this fall, but there’s been no official word on Higgins’ involvement. Last year, the brand featured several prominent internet celebrities on their runway as part of a rebranding effort aimed at attracting a wider Gen Z audience.
Given her skyrocketing fame since January and her appearances in major brand ads like Uber and DoorDash, it’s plausible that Higgins could indeed grace the runway.
In a recent DoorDash ad shared on her Instagram account, she playfully dubbed summer 2026 as the “summer of Maura.”
“Everything goes my way, and I’m bound to win,” she quipped with a wink, humorously claiming that her “hot girl winning streak” would lead her to bet on the FIFA World Cup 2026 winner with DashPass.
