Blake Robertson, a participant in Season 4 of Netflix's "The Ultimatum," was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Hayley Hendrich, after filming concluded.

In October, law enforcement apprehended Robertson at a business in Nacogdoches, Texas, following claims that he struck Hendrich, as reported.

Hendrich stated she opted not to file charges against Robertson. She expressed a desire for him to publicly acknowledge his actions, despite their private discussions about the incident.

Robertson's attorney, Sean Hightower, asserted that the prosecutor dismissed the case almost immediately, leading to the expungement of all records related to the incident.

Robertson and Hendrich are among six couples featured in Season 4 of "The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On," a reality series that challenges couples to decide whether to commit or explore new relationships.

During the show, Robertson issued an ultimatum to Hendrich after two years together: marry him or end their relationship. Hendrich hesitated at the prospect of marriage, citing a need for Robertson to "open up more emotionally."

In a twist, Hendrich opted to pursue a connection with Killian, who appeared on the show with his partner Ashley for four years.

Simultaneously, Robertson chose to date Ashley as part of the social experiment.

Following a heated confrontation between the original couples, Hendrich and Robertson ultimately decided to remain together.

The final two episodes of Season 4 of "The Ultimatum" are set to air on July 22.
