NYPD HUNTING FOR RELIGIOUS BIGOTS IN BRUTAL NYC HATE CRIMES
The NYPD is actively pursuing two suspects linked to vicious hate crimes aimed at victims based on their religious beliefs in New York City.
A man was assaulted in Brooklyn on Tuesday morning, leaving him injured and the attacker on the loose. The incident occurred at the intersection of Kings Highway and Ocean Avenue in Midwood around 8:15 a.m.

The assailant unleashed a torrent of anti-Jewish slurs before violently shoving the 64-year-old victim to the ground and fleeing the scene, according to police reports.
The victim was rushed to Maimonides Midwood Community Hospital, where he received treatment for injuries to his back and waist. His condition was reported as stable.

Authorities released an image of the suspect, describing him as having dark brown hair, a moustache, and a moderate build. At the time of the attack, he was seen wearing dark gray pants, a light gray polo shirt, and a red baseball cap while carrying a black backpack.
In a separate incident, police are seeking assistance in locating another suspect involved in an anti-Muslim attack in Queens last week. This individual is accused of threatening two young women aboard a Q66 MTA bus near Northern Boulevard and 51st Street in Woodside around 6 p.m. last Thursday.

The suspect allegedly brandished a box cutter while hurling anti-Muslim insults at the women, aged 19 and 21. Fortunately, no injuries were reported from this encounter.
The Hate Crime Task Force is currently investigating both incidents, emphasizing the seriousness of these attacks.

Anyone with information about either case is urged to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish speakers, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
