TikToker Alleges She Was Dumped for an AI Girl She Created to Market Products
A TikToker from Atlanta, Savannah, has gone viral after disclosing that her boyfriend ended their relationship over an AI girl she designed to sell a table on Facebook Marketplace.
AI has infiltrated daily life, with many using it for mundane tasks or even companionship. Some individuals have taken it a step further, generating models to attract buyers on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Vinted.
In Savannah's case, she crafted a female model using AI to assist her sister in selling furniture. This digital creation quickly captivated her boyfriend's attention.
He dumped her after declaring the AI-generated woman “conventionally attractive” and admitting he had fallen out of love with Savannah.
Her initial TikTok video amassed nearly 900,000 views since its release in early July, prompting her to provide a more detailed account of the bizarre situation.
“I didn’t think anything of it. I sent it to my then-boyfriend like ‘oh my god, look how funny this is, we’re getting so many clicks, it’s going to sell’. Nothing came of it but then that night, he’s talking to me about it, he’s like ‘that girl, that picture, it’s giving me lustful thoughts’,” Savannah recounted.

“He was like ‘Yeah, she’s just so conventionally attractive.’ That was Thursday; all weekend I was getting the silent treatment. Fast forward, he fell out of love with me because of an AI girl.”
Despite the shocking breakup, Savannah noted that “it was a matter of time” before they parted ways anyway. She humorously added that her next partner must have a car and a full-time job.
