Trump Takes a Savage Shot at Swift and Kelce on Their Wedding Day
Donald Trump unleashed a brutal jab at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce just moments after they exchanged vows in New York City.
The couple, both 36, tied the knot on a Friday evening at Madison Square Garden, where the venue lit up with pink neon signs declaring 'JUST MARRIED!'
Confirmation of the wedding came from Taylor's publicist, Tree Paine, who stated that the pop star had officially wed the NFL player. Notably, there were no bridesmaids or groomsmen present at the ceremony.

Instead, Taylor's brother, Austin Swift, served as Man of Honour, while Kelce's brother, Jason, took on the role of Best Man. The couple kept the ceremony details tightly under wraps, leading to a significant lack of social media activity from guests once they entered the venue.
Madison Square Garden announced the marriage with a billboard outside that read "JUST MARRIED" immediately after the couple said "I do."
Among the star-studded attendees were singer Camila Cabello, actors Hugh Grant, Ethan Hawke, Jason Sudeikis, and model Karlie Kloss. Shortly after the wedding announcement, the official White House page posted an image of the pink billboards outside the arena with the message "Trump is your president." Trump has yet to publicly comment on the wedding.

This ceremony followed less than a year after the couple revealed their engagement. They thrilled fans in August 2025 with engagement photos on Instagram captioned, "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married."
When asked about Kelce and Swift's engagement back in August 2025, Trump remarked, "I think he’s a great player. I think he’s a great guy, and I think that she’s a terrific person, so I wish them a lot of luck."
However, prior to this, Trump had expressed less favorable opinions about Taylor. In 2024, after she endorsed former Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump did not hold back his disdain, posting on social media: "I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!"

At the lavish reception, wedding guests were stunned when Lena Dunham delivered a jaw-dropping speech. Sources reported that her remarks were incredibly crude and raunchy, leaving guests divided over her comments.
Dunham made references to groom Travis' American football career, quipping that the sport was "just straight guys re-enacting gay porn." These jokes were made in front of all the newlyweds' family and friends, including several NFL legends.
Despite the mixed reactions from attendees, bride Taylor reportedly found Dunham's risky joke amusing. She is said to have called the Emmy Award nominee a "genius" following her speech.
