Trump Unleashes Hateful Rant on Independence Day, Targets Democrats with Insult

President Donald Trump unleashed a venomous message aimed at Democrats, branding them as “Dumocrats” in a post just after 11 a.m. on the nation’s 250th anniversary.

Trump’s latest insult emerged from his disdain for House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, whom he labeled a “low-IQ person” during a speech in Rockland County, NY. He claimed the name came to him while watching Jeffries speak, leading him to connect the dots between perceived stupidity and party affiliation.

In a bizarre twist, Trump joked about altering the spelling of “Democrat” to reflect what he deems “dumb” policies. This was just one of many posts he made on Independence Day, where he took aim at political rivals.

His late-night Truth Social activity included a peculiar side-by-side image comparing Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff to Pee-wee Herman, the fictional character played by the late Paul Reubens. Shortly after, he likened Texas State Representative James Talarico to Alfred E. Neuman, the gap-toothed mascot of Mad magazine, even blacking out part of Talarico’s teeth to match the character.

Earlier, Trump delivered a speech at Mount Rushmore, marking the 250th anniversary. He warned of a “resurgence of the communist menace,” claiming it threatens American values and success.

He described communism as “a mortal threat to American liberty,” labeling it the enemy of the Constitution and the very essence of July 4, 1776. Trump declared that Americans would swiftly vanquish communism as part of their heritage.

His initial attacks on communism surfaced on June 26, following significant wins for progressive candidates in House primaries backed by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Trump asserted that this ideology would lead to national failure, predicting that people would “start living in squalor” and that “everyone will suffer or die.”
