Uncle Sam Caught in Scandal: MAGA Supporter Arrested for Lewd Act at Trump’s Fair

Police arrested a MAGA supporter, identified as Gian Rachtelli, for allegedly committing a lewd act while dressed as Uncle Sam at the Great American State Fair. Witnesses reported seeing him perform what appeared to be a sexual act while watching female circus performers during a Cirque Mechanics show.

Rachtelli, also known as “Manny,” is a Donald Trump supporter and livestreamer. He was charged with “lewd, indecent, or obscene acts” after three separate witnesses reported his behavior to law enforcement. The incident occurred in front of a live audience, raising eyebrows and prompting immediate police action.

During the performance, witnesses claimed Rachtelli was vaping and filming the female performers before placing his hand inside his pants. One witness recounted seeing him return for a second show, again with his hand in his pants, leading them to believe he was engaging in inappropriate conduct.

A female member of the acrobat team approached another witness, expressing discomfort over Rachtelli's actions. She reported that he was making lewd gestures while they performed, further escalating the situation.

Officers were dispatched to the National Mall around 3:50 p.m. after complaints about a man “doing inappropriate things.” The police confirmed Rachtelli's arrest and noted that his livestream abruptly ended when officers approached him.

Despite the multiple eyewitness accounts, some online supporters defended Rachtelli, claiming he was innocent. One user insisted, “I’m standing by Manny 100%. He didn’t do this. He was live-streaming the entire time, and the footage shows what happened before his arrest.”

Supporters argued that the accusations were an attempt to tarnish Rachtelli's reputation due to his political views. They suggested that the incident was part of a broader effort to silence dissenting voices.

The Great American State Fair has faced its share of controversies, including several high-profile acts withdrawing from the event after learning of its connection to Trump. Notable performers like Martina McBride and Young MC pulled out, leading to a significant reduction in the planned concert lineup.

This forced Trump to take the stage himself for the opening, as dwindling crowds and disappointing attractions plagued the event. The fallout from Rachtelli's arrest adds another layer of embarrassment to an already troubled fair.

“They informed me that they noticed him making lewd gestures in his pants … while they were performing,” one witness stated.
