Texas Dancer's Wild Ceiling Crash Triggers Apartment Flood

A Texas burlesque and pole dancer turned her apartment into a water park after her pole detached from the ceiling, smashing into overhead sprinklers and unleashing a flood.

Asha Gilbert was in her Houston apartment practicing when the pole suddenly came loose. The video captures the chaotic moment as the pole strikes the fire sprinkler, which erupts with water, drenching both her and her dog.

“I went into shock and was completely stunned,” Gilbert recounted, emphasizing her immediate concern for her canine companion.

Both Asha and her dog managed to escape just as firefighters arrived to tackle the deluge from the gushing sprinkler.
