Ex-Husband of Reality Star Seeks Restraining Order and Sole Custody Amid Explosive Drama

Tate Paul has filed a court petition in Utah for a temporary restraining order against his ex-wife, Taylor Frankie Paul, while simultaneously seeking sole custody of their two children, Indy and Ocean.

Sources allege that Tate is pursuing sole custody due to concerns stemming from Taylor's interactions with Dakota Mortensen, her ex-partner. An insider claims that the restraining order is a direct response to Dakota allegedly spreading falsehoods about Taylor.
