Trump Unleashes Fury on Kimmel, Colbert, and Fallon: 'Sick People' in WHCD Rant

Donald Trump unleashed a brutal attack on Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, and Jimmy Fallon, labeling them as "sick people" during his one-hour speech at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner.

The event took place at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in Washington, D.C., after a previous gala was abruptly cut short due to an assassination attempt on the 80-year-old president. This rescheduled dinner featured heightened security and a reduced audience of around 700 attendees, including notable figures like Fox News' Peter Doocy and CNN's Kaitlan Collins.

Trump's address was a rambling monologue where he boasted about his achievements while criticizing the press. He began by commending the Secret Service and condemning political violence but quickly shifted gears to attack the media, referring to them as "Trump Derangement Syndrome" individuals.

He specifically targeted Kimmel, Fallon, and Colbert, dismissing them as "people without talent." Trump stated, "These guys, they’re terrible," and claimed their success was solely due to their agents securing lucrative deals for them.

As he surveyed the crowd of journalists, he continued his tirade, asserting that these hosts are "angry" and "sick." He then pivoted back to praising the White House Correspondents' Association.

In response to Trump's outburst, one social media user remarked, "Says the angriest, sickest person to ever hold public office." British-American journalist Mehdi Hassan criticized the event, stating, "This is what much of the mainstream media turned up for tonight. Pathetic."

Another user expressed disdain, calling Trump a "sad, feeble-minded, incoherent old man trying to be relevant," while a fourth user noted that the WHCD is typically a venue for humor and light-heartedness, contrasting it with Trump's grievance-filled speech.

Concerns about Trump's health resurfaced when he was seen at the dinner with a large glass of Diet Coke. RFK Jr. recently commented on Trump's eating habits, expressing worry for the 80-year-old's diet of fast food and sugary drinks. He stated, "He eats really bad food, which is McDonald's and candy and Diet Coke. He drinks Diet Coke at all times; he has the constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he’s alive."
